Recently, we were honored to welcome a delegation of customers from India to China for an in-depth business visit focused on CNG steel cylinder production equipment. The visit combined technical discussions at our company with on-site tours of well-established domestic CNG cylinder manufacturing plants, providing the customers with a comprehensive understanding of both equipment performance and real production operations.
During the meeting, our technical and sales teams introduced complete CNG cylinder production solutions, covering key processes such as bottom forming, hot spinning, heat treatment, internal and external machining, threading, testing, and inspection. Based on the Indian market requirements and local standards, both sides exchanged views on production capacity planning, automation level, quality control, and cost optimization.
To help our customers gain a more practical and transparent understanding, we arranged visits to several operating CNG cylinder factories in China. At the production sites, the customers closely observed the full manufacturing workflow, including raw material preparation, forming processes, CNC machining, and final testing. They showed strong interest in the stability, efficiency, and consistency of the equipment in long-term operation, and engaged in detailed technical discussions with on-site engineers.
The Indian delegation spoke highly of the manufacturing quality, process design, and production management they witnessed. The factory visits not only strengthened their confidence in the equipment but also provided valuable references for planning their own CNG cylinder production lines in India.
This visit further deepened mutual understanding and trust, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.
